Solution: NOW Solutions 100% Pure Magnesium Chloride Flakes are an ideal natural bath additive for softening skin. Derived from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, one of the world s purest remaining subterranean mineral sources, our pure magnesium flakes have traditionally been used to improve skin hydration, and make a soothing addition to bath water and foot baths. One cup of flakes contains approximately 19 grams of elemental magnesium.
Ingredient: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes.
Suggested Usage:
Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup in approx. 1 gallon of warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Full Bath: Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Consult physician if taking medications (especially diuretics), or have a medical condition (especially a kidney, heart, or respiratory condition).
